Your ride and your data.
For support and privacy requests, contact Real Slopes Support at emrekcn@gmail.com.
This policy describes data used by Real Slopes and its online riding feature.
Data stored on your device
The game stores progress, local best times, favourites, recent selections, preferences and your rider nickname on your device. These local saves are not uploaded by the game’s save system. Settings includes a local progress reset. Removing the app may remove local data, subject to your operating system’s backup and restoration behaviour.
Online riding
Online riding is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings. When you enter a mountain with online riding enabled, the game uses Google Firebase anonymous authentication to obtain an identifier and authentication tokens. You do not need to provide an email address, password or real name.
The game sends your nickname, mountain room, rider appearance and equipment, in-game position, rotation, movement, pose, action and status information, sequence number and update time to Firebase Realtime Database. Other connected riders in the same mountain can see your nickname and rider presentation. In-game coordinates describe the virtual mountain; they are not your real-world location. Choose a nickname that does not reveal personal information.
Downloaded resort and map data
When the game downloads additional resort packs, it requests terrain tiles over HTTPS from Mapterhorn and vector map tiles from OpenFreeMap. These providers receive ordinary network request information, including your IP address and the requested resort or map tile. Tile requests reflect the virtual resort you selected, not your device’s real-world location. The game does not intentionally include your nickname, account ID or other personal user data in these requests. Generated resort packs are cached on your device for later offline use. These providers have their own data practices; see the linked provider websites for their information.
Why this data is used
Anonymous identifiers and game state support authentication, connection management and showing riders together. Firebase and hosting services process network information, including IP addresses and technical service logs, to operate and protect the services. Online game data is used for the multiplayer feature.
Retention and leaving a session
The game attempts to delete its current online presence when you leave a mountain, disable online riding, pause the app or quit normally. Other clients hide stale rider states after approximately five seconds. Interrupted connections or unsuccessful deletion requests can leave records on the backend. Anonymous authentication records and service logs may remain according to service configuration and provider retention practices. Settings includes Delete online guest data. After confirmation, the game deletes rider records for mountains visited by the current guest session and requests deletion of its current Firebase anonymous authentication account. On success, it clears the current account credentials, resets the nickname and switches online riding off. If deletion fails, the game retains the current account details so you can retry. This action does not automatically identify or delete anonymous accounts created in previous app sessions, or provider service logs. This policy does not promise a fixed provider-log deletion deadline.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
The current game has no advertising or analytics collection implementation. It does not request access to your real-world location, contacts, microphone or camera for gameplay. No payment details are collected by the game.
Service providers and transfers
Google Firebase provides anonymous authentication and multiplayer database services. The configured database is in Europe; Google service processing may occur in other locations. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. External links open third-party destinations with their own policies.
Your choices and requests
You can disable online riding, change your nickname, reset local progress and delete the current online guest account in Settings. See online data deletion instructions. To ask about backend data, access or deletion, contact Real Slopes Support at emrekcn@gmail.com. Requests may require information sufficient to identify the relevant record; do not send authentication tokens or passwords.
This website
This support website uses Firebase Hosting. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs to serve and secure the pages. This site does not add advertising, analytics scripts or a contact form.
Changes
This page will be updated when the game’s data practices change. The date above identifies the latest policy revision.
