Delete online guest data.

Delete the current guest account in the app

1. Open Settings in Real Slopes.
2. Select Delete online guest data.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.
4. Keep an internet connection available until the game reports success. If it fails, retry from Settings.

The game attempts to remove rider records for mountains visited by the current guest session, then deletes that session’s Firebase anonymous authentication account. After success, it clears current account credentials, resets the nickname and turns online riding off.

What this does not remove

This operation concerns the current guest session. It does not automatically delete anonymous accounts from previous app sessions or provider service logs. Local progress and best times are separate; use the confirmed progress reset in Settings if you also want to remove local progress.

Requests about earlier data

Email Real Slopes Support at emrekcn@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of online guest data. Settings can copy the current guest ID for a request. Include a guest ID only when needed to locate the record, and never send authentication tokens or passwords. If an earlier anonymous guest ID is unavailable, we may be unable to associate that record with your request.
